WHY DO WE GIVE SADAQAH?
Sacrificing an animal as sadaqah. Allah says in Surah Al Kawthar (108:2) فَصَلِّ لِرَبِّكَ وَٱنْحَرْ
So pray to your Lord and sacrifice [to Him alone].
The scholars agreed that sacrificing the animal and giving its meat in charity is better than giving its value in charity, because the Messenger (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to make a sacrifice, and he did not do anything but that which is best and most befitting. This is the opinion of Abu Haneefah, Al-Shaafa’i and Ahmad.
The sadaqah can be performed for your own self or on behalf of someone else
The meat is then packed, stored and then distributed to our deprived beneficiaries.

Isma’il is dedicated to helping those in need, and we’ve decided to take action as the number of people requiring assistance continues to grow. While our sadaqah packs provide partial relief, we know that more needs to be done. To create awareness and give a platform to those in need, we’re launching our weekly series 𝐑𝐀𝐌𝐀𝐃𝐀𝐍 𝐃𝐈𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐒 – 𝐿𝑒𝓉’𝓈 𝒽𝑒𝒶𝓇 𝓉𝒽𝑒𝓂. This series will introduce you to some of the individuals we support, sharing their stories and raising awareness of the challenges they face. We hope this series inspires others to help in any way they can. If you’re interested in supporting these individuals, please contact us, and we’ll connect you with them.
Isma’il has a list of beneficiaries which is regularly updated. This includes widows, orphans, and families affected by social issues.

Alhamdulillah, we have been able to process your sadaqah, and families around Mauritius have received meat packs for Eid.
May Allah accept our good deeds and forgive our bad deeds.
WHO ARE WE?
Isma’il was founded in 2019 and specialises in the slaughtering and processing of animals for AQIQAH, SADAQAH and UDHIYAH.
Our aim is to give our customers the best experience and facilities. We hence strive to continuously improve our services and products.
OUR SERVICES
The Aqiqah consists of the sacrifice of two goats, sheep or two cattle/camel shares for a boy and 1 goat,sheep or cattle share for a girl. The meat can being used for a feast while part of it may be distributed to the needy. You may witness the aqiqah personally or be sent videos as update.
ISMA’IL processes more than 75,000 pounds of meat per year and has subsequently been collaborating with several NGOs through the years in order to provide them with our services and reach more vulnerable families for our majors events mainly ‘SACRIFICE AND FEED A FAMILY’ and Eid Ul Adha.
Our beneficiaries are also helped in diverse ways by our collaborators.
